  • How long will collections be live and available?
    • Basics will always be available, but certain collection items will not always be. Collections will be live for pre-order for 2 weeks.
    • What is a pre-order? Why haven't I gotten my order yet?
      • Collections will go live for 2 weeks and be available for pre-order. What pre-ordering means is that we are making the tees available on the website ahead of time for purchase, to gather all of the orders and then make them, with the expectation that they will be shipped out a month from the pre-order close date. 
    • Why are you taking a month to ship? Why a pre-order?
      • We have brought all production in house, so Sam will be printing and making each tee by hand. Because of this, it will take him much longer to make each order because they are not being produced via mass production. Pre-ordering allows us to order only what inventory we need instead of buying up front, gives customers the opportunity to get as much and as diverse of sizing as needed, and also gives Sam time to make each and every garment with intentionality.
    • Will certain tees ever be back or are they discontinued forever once the collection ends?
      • Certain tees will be back as staples or by popular demand! Otherwise, make sure to get the one you love because there is no guarantee it will be back around!
    • How do your t-shirts typically fit?
      • Our t-shirts have a unisex fit and generally run true to size and are always soft! We do recommend washing and drying according to the instructions given on the tag to prevent shrinkage. However, if you want more of an oversize fit it, it is best to size up! Check out our Instagram or the description beside the product for visual aid on what size the model is wearing to help give a better idea of what would work best for you.
      • What’s your return policy?
        • Because we are a small startup, we don’t have the capacity to handle returns and your sale will be final. However, please email us at zealousapparel1996@gmail.com if you are sincerely dissatisfied with your purchase and we will figure out how to make things right!
      • If I didn’t get the right size can I exchange it?
        • We do offer the opportunity for exchanges! Send us an email at zealousapparel1996@gmail.com with your order number, address, and size for exchange. However, please keep in mind you will need to pay for the shipping to send your order back to us.
      • How do you do shipping & when can I expect to receive my order?
        • Since we are utilizing the pre-order method, our goal is to get your order to you within 30-45 business days after purchase!
      • What do I do if I never received my order?
        • If it has been longer than 45 days since you placed your order and you have not received your package, please contact us at zealousapparel1996@gmail.com so we can help figure out the situation to get you your merch!
